'Lafant' - Solid Oak, Mid Century Record Player Stand

Our Mid century styled 'Lafant' vinyl units are handmade in Wales using using premium French Oak.

The unit is constructed from reinforced mitre joints that are both strong and stylish. The angles on the corners reflect the splayed legs and clean lines across the piece. This option has retro styled, rounded legs or choose from other leg styles available in our shop. 

Finish options:

  • Natural wax oil that accentuates and deepens the honey tones of the oak 
  • Antique wax oil that is darker in tone with some grain elements highlighted as well.

We work exclusively with premium French Oak. France has been managing this resource since the mid 1600's and now legislates sustainable and regenerative forestry practices. In addition, France has mastered the art of planting their forests to ensure beautifully tall and straight trees that lead to exceptional quality timber.

  • The vinyl shelf is 33.3cm high to reflect the LP playing speed and easily fit standard vinyl.
  • The legs are 20cm high

This item requires some basic assembly - the legs need to be attached! The unit has bolt fixings that can quickly and firmly attach the legs with the use of an allan key. The process takes only a few minutes and instructions are sent with the unit.

All our furniture is made to order so please get in touch for alternative sizes. We also make matching seating, tables, desks and TV units. Please contact us if you require any other bespoke pieces.
