I recently purchased the 'Lafant' Solid Oak Record Player Stand from Miles over at Sun & Son's Woodcrafts, and I couldn’t be more impressed; from the moment it arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another piece of furniture; it’s a piece of furniture with genuine craftsmanship behind it.
The solid oak is stunning, the rich grain, warm tones, and a smooth finish feels both retro and timeless; It has just the right balance of vintage character and modern simplicity.
The build is incredibly sturdy, and it easily supports my turntable, amp, and a growing collection of vinyl; personally, I opted for the open shelf design as this is perfect for quick access to what I need.
What I really appreciate is that it's not mass-produced, you can tell this was made with care and attention to detail, right down to the hand-sanded edges and seamless joints; and perfect for my living room renewal this summer.
Shipping was prompt and arrived well-packaged with no damage. Setup was not required, basically this was ready to go out of the box.
